Where do the products come from?
Our matcha is grown and processed in Japan. It is shipped to Germany via our partner in Spain – certified organic and rigorously tested.
Our accessories come from Japan and China and are carefully selected by our partners in Germany.
We import our aromatherapy products from the USA. They are tested to the highest standards and have an official Safety Data Sheet (SDS) – a guarantee of quality and safety.
Our vitamins come from a German manufacturer in Hamburg. They are produced in Austria according to European quality standards and tested in independent laboratories. The formulas are based on natural ingredients and are vegan, as well as palm oil-, gluten-, and lactose-free. Fitaura carefully packages and ships the products within Germany – ensuring maximum transparency, quality, and safety.
